Amarillo Planning & Zoning Commission To Meet Monday

The Amarillo Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Monday at 2pm in City Council Chambers at 623 South Johnson on the 3rd Floor. The Commission will consider a replat of land at Soncy Road and Hillside by OJD Engineering, the re-zoning of a tract of land for Apartment Complexes at Lowes Lane and Amarillo Blvd-West by Maverick Engineering, the re-zoning of unplatted land at Coulter and Pinnacle from Agricultural to Moderate density requested by Geospatial Data, Incorporated. Commissioners will hear updates on cases forwarded to the City Council and request future agenda items or updates from staff. There will be a time for public comments.
